OUEd reserves the right to determine to whom refunds are issued.
Refunds can and may be issued upon OUEd investigation.
If, in the investigation of a refund, OUEd determines through access logs, that a customer has potentially accessed copyrighted/proprietary information, OUEd reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a refund.
OUEd may take no less than 14 days to determine the issuance of refunds.
Refunds will be issued in the form of electronic payment.
Credits will not be issued for purchasing alternative products.
